A:CD electromagnetic operating mechanism: The electromagnetic operating mechanism is a power mechanism that uses electromagnets to convert electrical energy into mechanical energy to realize the opening and closing of circuit breakers.


CT7, CT8 spring energy storage operating mechanism: the spring energy storage operating mechanism uses the energy of the spring to realize the opening and closing operation of the switch. The spring energy storage operating mechanism is conducive to the promotion of AC operation, and can also be operated with DC power to ensure the reliability of closing.


CT7 spring energy storage electric operating mechanism: referred to as CT7 spring mechanism. Among them, CT7-Ⅰ is equipped with SN10-10Ⅰ type oil-less circuit breaker (2 closing springs), and CT7-Ⅱ is equipped with SN10-10Ⅱ type oil-less circuit breaker (4 closing springs). Its energy storage motor is HDZ-22 type single-phase 220V AC/DC series excitation commutator motor. Its rated power is 433W, rated rotation speed is 13200r/min, energy storage time under rated voltage is less than 10s, and current under rated voltage is less than 5A. The motor operating voltage range is 85% - 110% of the rated voltage.


CT8 spring energy storage electric operating mechanism: The main difference between CT8 and CT7 type spring energy storage electric operating mechanism is that when manual energy storage is used, CT7 type uses the shaking handle to store energy, and CT8 type uses the pressure handle to store energy; In addition, in the CT8 type electrical control circuit, the motor energy storage circuit is additionally protected by a fuse, and the normally open contact SQ3 of the limit switch is connected in series in the closing circuit.


CD10 electromagnetic operating mechanism: DC operating power supply and DC closing power supply are used. Commonly used types are CD2 (old) and CD10 (new). CD10Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ type are used to operate SN10-10Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ low oil circuit breaker respectively. The CD-type operating mechanism only uses electric closing and electric opening under normal circumstances. In order to adjust the operating mechanism, there is a short handle for manual closing. When we insert a section of steel pipe and press down, the switch can be closed by lever action.The manual closing speed is slow, so that the action of each component during the closing process can be observed clearly.Compared with CT7 and CT8 types, CD10 has the following characteristics:


①No energy storage circuit and energy storage signal lights;


②The instantaneous working current of the closing coil of CD10 is very large, so it is necessary to install a DC contactor KM, also known as a closing contactor;


③The secondary circuit of CD10 is divided into an operation circuit and a closing circuit, and the power supply is also divided into an operation power supply and a closing power supply. The protection fuses (FU3, FU4) should be selected according to 1/3-1/4 of the rated current of the closing coil, and the protection fuses (FU1, FU2) of the operation circuit should only be selected from 3-5A.
